- Oct 22, 2019 The problem was the workspace app. Catalina is indirect involved, because 32-Bit apps like the receiver are not working any more. The workaround should work with the workspace on mojave as well as on catalina. And in any case: You can undo the change with an 'YES' at the end of the command.
- A USB Joystick has been tested successfully from a windows client. USB device pass through is configured on a Citrix policy via Studio, but USB device options on mac receiver client show 'Policy Restricted' in the 'Virtual Channel' column.

Aug 30, 2019 Ive been trying to get multiple webcams from my mac (Workspace 1906) to work with Cisco WebEx Teams on my Windows 10 64 bit VDI (VDA 1903) over HDX RealTime Webcam Video Compression. The app wont show my video unless I switch to generic USB and install the drivers on the VDI. Chrome also doesnt s.

Known Issues:
1. While launching Subscribed Apps macOS will ask for Automation permissions. If the user denies the permission the launch process is hung.
Work Around: Navigate to macOS Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy -> Automation. Provide the permissions for Citrix Viewer.app, Citrix Workspace.app and all of the subscribed apps.

For DTLS 1.0 users CWA Mac 1910 will only support the bellow cipher suite:

We recommend the customers to upgrade their NetScaler version to 12.1 and above if they want to use DTLS 1.0. Otherwise, it will fall back to TLS based on the DDC policy. The following link also applies to CWA for Mac.
Prerequisite:
Starting with macOS Catalina, Apple enforce additional requirements for Root CA Certificates and intermediate Certificates which Administrators has to configure as detailed in https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT210176

CWA for Mac 1910 will exhibit the following behavior due to enhancements in the macOS Catalina
1. When opening Citrix Workspace app for Mac and Citrix Viewer for the first time on macOS Catalina, the OS prompts users to allow notifications from Citrix Viewer. Click “Allow” to receive notifications related to Citrix Workspace app for Mac.
2. Notifications from CWA for Mac now requires the user to provide one time permission to post notifications.
3. Accessing the Client Drive Mapped drives (CDM) require one time permission to be given to access the local files.
4. This is an Early Access Build shared for the purpose of testing/validation with the intent to make the organizations ready for the upcoming release and is NOT advised to be deployed in production environments.

I've been trying to get multiple webcams from my mac (Workspace 1906) to work with Cisco WebEx Teams on my Windows 10 64 bit VDI (VDA 1903) over HDX RealTime Webcam Video Compression.
The app won't show my video unless I switch to generic USB and install the drivers on the VDI. Chrome also doesn't show my video feed, but I've found that x32 Skype does.
Obviously with the embedded webcam, I can't switch to Generic USB, so I have to add a 2nd external Camera to my mac to get it to work with these apps.
From my windows device, the camera shows up as expected.
Does anyone know if fixing this is on the Mac client roadmap? According to the below article, it looks like this was fixed for Windows Receiver 4.11 already and Receiver for Chrome.
